The action shifts to Rotterdam, where Chan and the journalist try to evade the villains who are hot on their trail. There is an incredible car chase scene set in the Rotterdam skyline that remains one of the highlights of the movie is known for its impressive stunts and chase sequences, which have always been a hallmark of Chan's films. In one scene, Chan slides down the side of a skyscraper and jumps onto a helicopter in flight.
